Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
If the item(s) were on sale at the time of purchase you will be refunded the sale price, not the original price of the item
To start a return, please contact us at cappinout@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, color of the same item or a different item of equal value
